Quality Improvement courses
The First Steps in QI one day training course would be an ideal introduction to QI tools and techniques. The course is delivered by a faculty of QI trainers from across Barts Health. There are both face to face and virtual dates available. The course aims to:
- create a common understanding of quality improvement
- support participants to start a QI project and engage with projects taking place
- raise awareness of the improvement methodology and alignment with Trust agenda for QI
